Consumer Language and CbC
Pick one of the four consumer languages (Specialist, Haven Seeker, Replenisher, Investor). Research ways in which you would format the Comfort by Color experience to each. Now, write out a mini script telling each consumer how Comfort by Color works for them. Post your answers regarding each of their specific languages and write about them on the blog.

Nobody knows this is this weeks blog. It wasn't under comfort by color like the rest.

So Mr. customer, you have told me that you can sleep anywhere and a mattress is a mattress. Now let me simplify this whole process for you so you can be done with it.
Do the Comparison Center, congrats, xsensor and transition to the floor
Okay so your an orange. Lets break this down into three segments to make it easy. Here is our best orange bed, this is our most popular and these are our begining levels here in the value center.
Essentially you are "dumbing it down" so that the process is quick and to the point. You don't have to ask all the questions on the PSE to a replenisher. Most of the time you can tell who these people are right away with the proper understanding of the different CLs.

Haven-seekers feeling is "joy" when related to mattress shopping, so be sure to accent that CbC makes finding the perfect mattresses easier...so, bringing up things that will "speed the process up" won't be wise to discuss with Ms. Haven Seeker.
